We ask that before you submit an order, you double check that your order details and shipping address are correct. We only have a very small window before your order is processed because we offer fast shipping times, so as soon as you know, contact us. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking link for your delivery. Most UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail next day service and will reach you in this time. However, sometimes around holidays/bank holidays/peak seasons orders can take longer. If you are unsure where you order is, please check the tracking link first and contact your delivery carrier directly. If delivery carrier cannot confirm, please contact us for further information.
