HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?The majority of our orders arrive next day, but there are orders that do take longer due to carrier/fulfilment/stock issues. Please use the tracking link which can be found on your despatch email to find out the status of your order.

I'VE USED THE WRONG POSTAL ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?We ask that before you submit an order, you double check that your order details and shipping address are correct. We only have a very small window before your order is processed because we offer fast shipping times, so as soon as you know, contact us. In cases where an error has been made then please contact us at solife.nutrition@gmail.com and we will see what we can do for you.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking link for your delivery. Most UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail next day service and will reach you in this time. However, sometimes around holidays/bank holidays/peak seasons orders can take longer. If you are unsure where you order is, please check the tracking link first and contact your delivery carrier directly. If delivery carrier cannot confirm, please contact us for further information.
